Pixel-accurate reproduction of birth certificate (Geburtsurkunde) from 3rd Reich.
 
Filled out version includes town hall stamp for selected city, clerk signature and the couple of other stamps (see pictures). You can select from one of several major Geman cities - stamps will match your selection. Certificate will be filled out on a German period typewriter. For that please provide:
full name of the baby in question
place and date of birth
Father's and mother's: name (incl. maiden), profession, religion and place of residence
City of issue
optionally date and place of issue (should be between 1933-1945)
