Shipping
The products are shipped within 2-3 days using the US Postal Service. Bigger, customized orders may take a bit more time to complete. The map above shows countries I ship to in brown. Within the USA it's also possible to order tracked shipping in reinforced envelope. It is recommended for all A4 (~US letter) sized documents. Tracked and rigid envelope options are not available by default outside of the USA due to high shipping costs ($15~25). If you would like that anyway, please contact me and I can send you a specific quote.

Shipping to the countries in gray above

Many countries are excluded from the default shipping options. It is due to significant number of undelivered shipments reported from these countries in the past. If you would like to have your order shipped there, please contact me directly. Shipping to these countries can be done via tracked mail (high cost), or at your risk (no refund possible if shipment does not reach you).

Returns & Exchange
The returns of non-defective merchandise are not accepted. Please look at the product pictures and read description carefully before purchasing. In case of defective merchandise exchange or refund will be arranged. Only defective, or damaged items can be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at krausepapierwerke@gmail.com with description of your concerns.
