Großdeutschland (the Greater Germany) is now round and full of Germans. Next expansion attempt by Danzig will start the World War 2.
The caption says quotes Rudolf Hess shouting "Hitler is Deutschland, Deutschland is Hitler" which means "Hitler is Germany, Germany is Hitler".
