Charles Lindbergh who flew across the Atlantic to become American national hero was strongly against USA joining the WW2. He was also sympathetic to German racial ideology of the time and was wearing award given to him by Goering with pride (refused to return it).
 
In this "Man in the Hight Castle" inspired alternative universe, Lindbergh joined the Germans against American rebels who refused to surrender after Washington got nuked by Germans. In rank of Colonel of Luftwaffe he became a new celebrated hero of American Reich commemorated on a postcard. This particular postcard carries his autograph and on the reverse "First Class" American Reich postage stamp.
