Promotion document for a member of the SS (including Waffen-SS). Comes in two versions - A4 (large) and A5 (small).
A4 version has emulated (printed on) seal with SS motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue" and a stamp of Reichsführer-SS Hinrich Himmler.
 
You may order version filled out by me on a SS typewriter. It will require the following information from you:
Name (ideally with SS number)
Ranks - both current and promoted to
Unit
Date of promotion (normally 1st of the month)
