Beautiful certificate of an award for "The Return of Memel Commemorative Medal" or "Medaille zur Erinnerung an die Heimkehr des Memellandes; 22. März 1939" commemorating annexation of Memelland into the Reich. Original was stamped with embossed presidential seal. This reproduction includes printed-on stamp and Meissner's signature in blue. Stamp is made embossed-like and printed on both sides of the paper to emulate trully embossed seal of originals.
